Operation Dust Off Objectives : To raise awareness and funds to help our homeless and disabled Veterans. Its Mission is a cross country run by the " Veteran Tribute
Bike" to raise awareness and funds to help our homeless and disabled
Veterans of which there are many. Coast to coast - Jacksonville ,
Florida to California to Washington D.C. Three American Flags will accompany the Tribute Bike on its Journey
to be signed by Dignitary's, Officials, Sponsors, and Contributors
. Named " Operation Dust Off" in honor of the Medical Evacuation Helicopter Pilots and Crew in Vietnam who flew into heated battles against heavy fire to evacuate the wounded. Dates 04/04/09 - American Legion Post 316, 04/18/09 - U.S. Vets Midtown Terrace, 04/19/09 - American Legion Post 593, 04/24/09 - 04/25/09- American Legion Post 36, 4/26/09 - 4/27/2009 5/1/09 - 5/2/09 5/3/09 05/ 09/09 - San Diego , CA 05/10/09 - Los Angeles, CA 05/16/09 - Hollywood, CA 05/23/09 - Memorial Day Weekend

-------------------------------------------------------------- We have sent out hundreds of letters to major National corporations seeking their support. We will soon list the names of these organizations along with the amount and type of support given (if any) in an ongoing updated list: Win Dixie- $500 of vouchers for food & drink. -------------------------------------------------------------- Named " Operation Dust off " in honor of the Medical Evacuation Helicopter Pilots in Vietnam who flew into heated battles against heavy fire to evacutation the wounded. Staging area will be in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday 4th. April 2009. Exact location will be determind by who will be our main sponsor. Depart Hollywood CA. on Sunday 17th. May in route ( to be determind ) to Washingston , D.C. to arrive Friday 22nd. May 2009 to take part in " Rolling Thunder's , " annual P.O.W. / M.I.A. ride to the Vietnam Memerial Wall and Cermonys over the Memorial Day weekend. These dates and locations are firm but are subject to change. You can ride the complete journey or just join us and ride with us through your state or home town. ( We will meet and pick up riders along the way). We are particularly looking the support of all Veteran Organizations and Motorcycle Groups in particular , such as Rolling Thunder , Patriot Guard, Vietnam Vets M.C. , Nam Knights, etc . Especially those groups with Chapters in the States we plan to travel through. We plan to ride during daylight hours only and will try to co-ordinate with the V.F.W.'s and American Legions along the route for rest stops and sleep over's. We will also seek the assistance of State Troopers and other Law Enforcement Agency's in the States we plan to travel through for police escorts. If you want to get involved NOW IS THE TIME TO DO SO . TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE !
